  • All items sold at www.laneydevino.com are brand new with tags.
  • Because of the difference monitor setting, item's color may slightly difference. We will describe it as clearly as possible. Kindly consider carefully before make an
    order.
  • Display accessories, belt, brooch, sash and tube top are not included. Unless specify noted on title.
  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures. Laney De Vino will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
    product.
  • All listed price are not included shipping charge. Customers will have to pay for the shipping charge.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • We will only accept goods returns or exchanges due to major quality problems. Otherwise requested will be disqualified.
    • For Malaysia customer:
      Item must be return as original package sent within 2 days.
    • For International customer:
      Item must be return as original package send within 15 days.
    • Jewellery and watches are not comply to returns or exchange.
    • We will not pay or refund for any goods return or exchange shipping & handling fees.
